Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with the Premium Template Pack, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we will return your payment. You do not need a special reason.

How to ask

Use the contact page with the email you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few business days to show it.

What happens after a refund

Premium template access is removed from your account. Free templates, and your resume saved in your browser, are not affected.
